Biographical / Historical
The official portrait of Bob Taft, 67th Governor of Ohio, was unveiled at the Ohio Statehouse on March 27, 2007. It hangs in the William Howard Taft Hearing Room, named for Taft's great-grandfather. The Ohio Historical Society commissioned Leslie Adams of Toledo to paint the portrait. The Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board displays and maintains the portraits in the Statehouse.
