Ohio historical marker dedication & Medal of Honor ceremony for Marion A. Ross

Scope and Contents Program for the ceremony dedicating the Ohio Historical Marker honoring Marion A. Ross for his participation in the Chattanooga Railroad Expedition, known as Andrew's Raid, during the Civil War. Ross was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor in 1863.
