Scope and Contents This series contains the research files gathered by Rep. Ruhl's office regarding the bills she sponsored during her tenure. The three major pieces of legislation covered are House Bill 64 (legislation that added synthetic cannabinoids to the list of Schedule I controlled substances), a Transportation Review Advisory Council public hearing regarding the widening of I-71 in Delaware and Morrow Counties, and House Bill 414 (legislation concerning the Ohio Livestock Care Standards Board).
