Day book of Hugh Williams, a blacksmith in Paddy's Run (now Shandon in Butler County, Ohio) contains entries in a combination English and Welsh language and includes accounts with Edward Bebb, father of Ohio governor, William Bebb. Inserted in the book are a note and receipt relating to supplying the pulpit of Paddy's Run Congregational Church.
